Victoria has a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Society from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s degree  in Public Health – Epidemiology and grant development from Florida International University. IIOP allows her to utilize both her passion for helping others and her solid educational background in research in this profession. She thrives on working in a fast-growing field and is motivated to fulfill the needs to make IIOP continue to succeed through grant writing and marketing research.
